Description
A WaSH project in Mithukaram village (Ward-4, Baudikali Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district) aims at providing safe and reliable drinking water and sanitation facilities to 130 households. The project includes installation of a solar hybrid pumping system, construction of a 20,000-liter sump well, repair of a 40,000-liter storage tank, chlorination and distribution of water through private yard connections. It also incorporates hygiene and sanitation awareness programs to promote sustainable hygiene behavior. The initiative focuses on improving access to clean water and reducing the burden of water collection.
